How to Receive Emails From Sunshine Senior Residence
In Your Primary Inbox:

If the email is in your Spam folder:

3. Select the option that says Remove From Spam.

Hotmail & Outlook:

Visit your Hotmail or Outlook Inbox to complete the following steps:

1. Click the word “Options” from the top right. It looks like a gear icon.
2. Under the words “Junk email,” click “Safe Senders”.
3. In the space provided, enter the domain name “sunshineseniorresidence.com." Press “enter” or click the plus (+) icon to add our domain to your safe sender list.
4. Click the word “Save” at the top of the page.

The 2018 Version of Hotmail & Outlook:

Visit your Hotmail or Outlook inbox to complete the following steps:

1. Click "Settings" in the top right hand corner. It looks like a gear icon. In the list that appears, click “View Full Settings.”
2. Select “Junk Email” from the list on the left.
3. Scroll down to “Safe Senders” and enter the domain name “sunshineseniorresidence.com.” Click the “Add” button to add our domain to your safe senders list.
4. Click the “Save” icon at the top of the page.

Yahoo Email:

Visit your Yahoo contacts list & complete the following steps:

1. Click the “New Contact” link in the top left hand corner.
2. Type the words “Sunshine Senior Residence” as the first name and last name of the contact. Type “[email protected]” as the contact's email address.
3. Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

AOL Email:

In your AOL inbox:

1. Click the “Contacts” link on the left side of the screen.
2. Click the “New Contact” link on the top left hand side.
3. Type “Sunshine Senior Residence” as the first name and last name of the contact. Type “[email protected]” as the contact's email address.
4. Click “Add Contact.”

Thunderbird Email:

To add Sunshine Senior Residence to your Address Book:
1. Select the email from Sunshine Senior Residence to open it.
2. Click the From email address.
3, Select Add To Address Book.

If the email is in your Spam folder:
1. Select the email to open it
2. Press the word "Junk"
3. Then select the "Not Junk" button
